It is texting slang for ‘yeah’ but with emphasis on the end of the word, so it the extra letters ‘h’ are meant to represent holding the vowel sound of the word for longer, as if you were saying it chilled out like ‘ㅖ에에에’ in 한글. Sometimes, you might see people use ever more letter ‘h’ just because they can; ‘yhhhhhhh’.
